  1. Click on the purple circle with a user icon in the upper right-hand corner and choose Account settings.

Why am I being charged for a subscription?

Per the terms of your free trial, your subscription started when the trial ended. You can cancel at any time to avoid future charges, and you won’t be billed for the next cycle.

Do I lose my materials if I cancel my subscription?

No, you will not lose any of the documents you've created if you cancel your subscription. You can still log in and access all the documents you have already created. However, you won't be able to create new documents until you renew your subscription.

No, you will not lose any of the documents you've created if your subscription lapses. You can still log in and access all the documents you have already created. However, you won't be able to create new documents until you renew your subscription.

How do I add or update my payment details?

To add or update your payment details, follow these steps.

  3. Click on Refer friends in the left hand menu
  4. Click Copy link to copy your unique URL.
  5. Share the link with your friends.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund to your original payment method up to 24 hours after your free trial ends.

Note that canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.

To request a refund, please email us at info@truepath.ai with the following information:

  • Reason for cancelation
  • Email associated with the account where the payment was made

I received a failed payment notice. What should I do?

If you received a failed payment notice, you have two options:

  1. Continue using Truepath.ai: To keep your subscription active, follow these steps to update your payment information.
    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Click on the purple circle with a user icon in the upper right-hand corner and choose Account settings.
    3. Click on Payment in the left hand menu.
    4. Click on Update payment method.
    5. Add a valid payment card details and click Save changes.

  2. Cancel your subscription: If you no longer wish to use Truepath.ai, follow these steps to cancel your subscription.
    1. Click on the purple circle with a user icon in the upper right-hand corner and choose Account settings.
    2. Click on Subscription in the left-hand menu.
    3. Click on Cancel subscription in red.
    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.
