Before acquiring Edmunds, Mr. Steinlauf owned and operated Independent Outdoor Advertising, Inc. Previously, he was a staff member of the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C.

An avid purveyor of data, he currently endeavors to drive transformative change to the talent recruitment landscape through the application of psychometric data to job searching.

Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic

Co-Founder / Science Advisor

Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic is an international authority in people analytics, talent management, leadership development, and the Human-AI interface. He is the Chief Innovation Officer at Manpower Group, co-founder of Deeper Signals and Metaprofiling, and Professor of Business Psychology at both University College London, and Columbia University.

Dr. Chamorro-Premuzic has published 10 books and over 200 scientific papers, making him one of the most prolific social scientists of his generation.
